Fall Reduction Chairs

The Carefoam Two-Piece Plus fall management chair features our Internal Safety System (ISS) for maximum resident protection. The ISS is a discreet, padded 3-point positioner that will ensure the safety and comfort of your resident in the most challenging situations. The model CF1100 is an appropriate tool for the care of active Huntington’s clients or those with other forms of ataxia. Also consider this chair for residents presenting with combative dementia, or for any situation where the primary concern is the safety of the resident and others.

The model CF1100 features our mobile ottoman base for ease of transport plus all the features of our original Two-Piece chair, including all-foam construction and moisture-proof covering. All dimensions are identical to our standard Two-Piece chair (model CF100). Should your circumstance change, the ISS can be removed from the Two-Piece Plus, and the chair will perform exactly as our original. The ISS can be reinstalled in a matter of minutes.

• Genuine Australian lambswool comfort covers (machine washable) offer superior skin care and comfort.
• Optional Alpine Fleece covers are available.
• Crypton® upholstery fabric (two pattern choices) is water repellent, stain resistant, and antibacterial.
• Carefoam covers are treated with Ultra-Fresh® for antibacterial and freshness protection.
• Incontinence-proof seat insert is antibacterial SoffTICK® with welded seams.
• 5” locking casters (one steering lock caster) ensure easy maneuverability - a caregiver's delight.
• Fabric and foam meet fire retardancy requirements of the California Technical Bulletin 117.
